Born 1973 in Hollywood, California, Peter grew up in a small suburb of L.A. His father often entertained him by sitting him at an old electric organ. This early introduction to music grew into a record collection which included artists such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Paul McCartney, Run DMC, Beastie Boys, The Police, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Jimmy Hendrix and ELO. He went on to study music in college and began touring as a bass player in his early 20’s.

Gear always excited Peter, and soon he started engineering various projects for himself and friends. This lead to touring as the engineer for bands including Toto, Melissa Manchester, Paul Williams, Harry Belafonte, Bauhaus, and eventually Daft Punk. He would go on to record Daft Punk’s live album, Alive 2007, as well as their very successful studio album, Random Access Memories (2013). So far his efforts have earned him 5 Grammy’s with Daft Punk, including Best Engineered Album for 2014. His recent work includes engineering drums on Tycho’s 2016 Grammy nominated release Epoch.

Recently, Peter is produced and engineered a full length album for The Gama Sennin.

This mega band is led by Kevin McGuire and is a deep, rock epic that has slowly become a collaboration of some great artists including John Avila (Oingo Boingo), Dimitri Coats (Burning Brides and OFF!) and Dave Catching (Earthlings and Rancho De La Luna).
